In 2019, I was invited by Facebook to join them at the launch of the The Facebook Garden: Beyond The Screen. The garden celebrated the stories of people who use Facebook to find common ground with others and to connect in real life, including the 1.5 million people in the UK who are part of a gardening group on Facebook, such as deaf gardeners, giant vegetable growers and guerrilla gardeners who use Facebook to connect in real life.

The Garden, designed by Joe Perkins, won a gold medal and was awarded Best in Class and Best Construction in the Space To Grow Garden category at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

As part of the event, I featured on Sky News Live in the London Studios and the Gardener’s World Chelsea broadcast as well as attending the Press Day. Several photos are detailed below
