In 2019, Kevin Fortey and his son Jamie were invited over to the Heirloom Expo over in Santa Rosa, California. It was Jamie’s first trip over to the US and one that he will never forget.

Jamie helped with the launch of a School’s Garden Sunflower Contest and judged the contest at the Expo, whilst Kevin gave a talk on his Giant Veg achievements and hints and tips on growing Big Veg
